Be Friendly (Say hi)
Support Each other (Cheer on fellow athletes)
listen & respect the coach (They are trained to teach you)
no dropping equipment (Only plates 7.5kg or higher)
count your reps properly (Don't cheat)
clear away equipment after everyone is finished the wod
don't push through pain (If something hurts it's not right)
Technique before weight (Don't sacrifice form, put your ego aside and be safe)
Help us help you
Have a good attitude (Train weaknesses, celebrate victories)
be patient with your training (Good things take time)
clean up after yourself (Equipment & chalk)
