WOF Bootcamp is designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. The group dynamic will often help you to stay motivated & focused. Everyone works at their own pace and to their own ability. Bootcamp is perfect for you if you get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop or maintain a habit of exercise.

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

Pilates focuses on postural alignment and breathing - exercise often doesn’t work - if the postural focus isn’t right the muscles can’t work correctly. Our goal is to build strength, stability and mobility through all positions improving posture and quickly improving your body shape, toning and fitness while maximising your core conditioning, strength and flexibility. Not only that, Pilates de-stresses and energises, leaving you feeling mentally and physically refreshed.

kids & teens

CrossFit Kids & Teens is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and their specific developmental needs to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scalable for any participant at any level.
