Working out alongside like minded individuals make the journey fun, positive and supportive. WOF Bootcamp is designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. The group dynamic will often help you to stay motivated & focused. Everyone works at their own pace and to their own ability. Bootcamp is perfect for you if you get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop or maintain a habit of exercise.

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

CrossFit Kids & Teens is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and their specific developmental needs to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scalable for any participant at any level.
