CROSSFIT
(wod)

WOD is a strength and conditioning class built on constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. It includes weightlifting , cardio and gymnastics movements.

The WOD incorporates a CrossFit Lite workout that has the same principles as the WOD except it does not use a barbell. This is a requirement for those that have little experience and have not completed their prep course.

metcon

METCON is a High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) class using constantly varied, high intensity functional movements. This class is a great introduction to CrossFit, as well as a great class for regular CrossFitters looking to increase their cardio.

  • Mon & Fri 6:30pm - 7:30pm

  • Casual Fee $15

mobility

Mobility class is designed to increase your mobility and supplements your CrossFit WOD. A great way to optimise your range of motion, increase athletic performance, and promote recovery.

  • Sat 8:15am - 9:00am

  • Wed 7:30pm - 8:15pm
